For AI trainers and consultants

Find clients for your AI training and consultancy work.

The Loop assesses companies' AI readiness, then matches each company with the trainer or consultant who fits what it needs. Join our network and we bring you clients who are ready to start, show you exactly where they are, and give you the tools to deliver training and coach their projects.

Clients matched to you

Work from companies that chose you.

We match on your specialisms, availability and track record, and recommend you alongside two others. When a company chooses you, the offer appears at the top of your day, with three working days to accept. No pitching, and no long quote rounds.

Every morning you see one list: sessions to mark, projects waiting for sign-off, and anyone whose project has stalled.

A consultant's Today page: a new offer from a company that chose them, and what needs them this week across their clients.
Assessment findings

Know where each client is before you start.

Every company has taken our AI readiness assessment before you meet them. You see how ready they are, what they need to build, where AI could help first, and the training plan we have built from it, module by module.

Group results only, for groups of five or more. Never anyone's own answers.

A client as the consultant sees it: AI readiness, what to build, where AI could help first, and the sessions to deliver.

Delivery tools

Everything you need to run great sessions.

Open any session and it's ready to run: who's coming, a tap to mark attendance, and the session plan. For facilitated sessions, marking the session delivered completes the module for everyone who came.

A session plan for one module: the session with timings, points to land, an activity, questions people ask and what to watch for.

A session plan for every module

Timings, the key points to land, an activity for the room, the questions people usually ask with good answers, and what to watch for.

Your own app

Today's sessions, attendance, the projects you're coaching and what needs you this week, across all your clients.

Practice between sessions

Alfie, our AI coach, gives people feedback on their exercises and a quick recall a week and a month later, so they arrive at your next session ready.

Projects you can coach

Each person builds a real project. You see their steps and updates, leave coaching notes, and sign it off when it works.

Your track record

Your results win you the next client.

Sessions delivered, projects signed off, and how far the people you train improve, measured by check-ins at 30, 60 and 90 days. The better your results, the more often you're recommended.

How it works

From first call to first client.

We run the assessment and the matching, and confirm the price and dates with you and the company. You help their people build. You don't build it for them.

Questions

Joining as a trainer or consultant: common questions

How does The Loop find clients for consultants?

Companies come to us for an AI readiness assessment. When they ask for help, we recommend the trainer or consultant who fits best, plus two alternatives, and the company chooses. You don't pitch or compete in long quote rounds.

How are consultants matched to companies?

On the help the company needs, your specialisms, your availability and your track record on The Loop: sessions delivered, projects signed off and how far the people you have worked with have improved.

What do I see before I accept?

What the company has asked for, how many people are involved, the timing, and an anonymised summary of their assessment: how ready they are, their biggest gaps and the tasks people want help with. You see the company's name once they have signed off.

How long do I have to accept an offer?

Three working days. If you can't take it on, tell us why and the company chooses again.

What tools do I get?

Your own app with your sessions, attendance and the projects you are coaching; a session plan for every module, with timings, activities and common questions; and Alfie, our AI coach, keeping people practising between your sessions.

Do I build AI tools for the client?

No. You train people and coach them through building their own projects, then sign each project off when it works. The skills stay with the client.
