AI transformation that delivers

AI readiness, training and support for your whole company.

The Loop works with growing companies of around 30 to 100 people, without the enterprise price tag. We assess where everyone is with AI, match you with vetted AI trainers and leadership and culture change experts, and measure the results.

  1. Step 1 · Free AI readiness assessment

Find out where your company is with AI.

Everyone in your company answers a ten-minute questionnaire, and your leaders have a conversation with us. You get an AI readiness report: how ready the company is, where each team stands, the tasks people most want AI to take on, and where AI should go first. The assessment is free.

    • Every person placed, so nobody is trained on what they already know
    • The tasks your people most want to hand over to AI
    • A clear recommendation on where to start

  2. Step 2 · Connect with an expert

Connect with a vetted AI trainer or consultant.

Tell us what help you need: AI training for everyone, leadership and culture change, or support with the projects your people build. We recommend the trainer or consultant who fits best, and two others, with their track record and an indicative day rate. You choose, and nothing starts until you have signed off the price.

    • AI trainers, and leadership and culture change experts, all vetted by The Loop
    • Specialists in automation, compliance and data when you need them
    • One expert or several, each for what they do best

Choosing an AI trainer: the best match and two alternatives, each with their track record and a day rate.
  3. Step 3 · Training and projects

AI training built around your people, and a real project each.

Your trainer runs sessions planned from your assessment, leaders first. Between sessions, each person practises and gets feedback from Alfie, our AI coach. Each person also builds a project of their own on a real task from their week, coached by your trainer or consultant until it works. They help your people build; they don't build it for them, so the skills stay in your business.

    • Sessions pitched to where each person is
    • Practice and quick recall between sessions, so it sticks
    • One real project per person, signed off when it works
What one employee sees on their phone: their next training session, a daily question on using AI at work, and their progress through the programme.
  4. Step 4 · Measured results

    See what changed, in numbers.

Check-ins at 30, 60 and 90 days ask the same questions as the first assessment, so you can see how far each team and the company have come, and how many hours a week AI now saves. Everything stays in one report.

    • Capability and confidence, before and now
    • Hours saved each week, measured rather than promised
    • Results for groups of five or more, never individuals
Results since the company started: capability, confidence and weekly AI use, before and now.

Not just a technology change

AI changes how people work. So we start with people.

The tools are the easy part. Whether AI sticks depends on leaders who set a clear direction, a culture where people feel safe to try, and confidence that grows with practice. That is why the assessment measures confidence as well as capability, why leaders go first, and why our network includes leadership and culture change experts alongside AI trainers.

Built for growing companies

AI transformation without the enterprise price tag.

The big consultancies price AI transformation for enterprise budgets. A one-off workshop costs less, but rarely changes how anyone works. We built The Loop for the companies in between:

  • A free assessment, so you know what you need before you spend
  • Independent experts, priced for companies your size
  • You sign off the price before anything starts
  • Results measured at 30, 60 and 90 days, not promised

Your people's answers stay private.

Leaders and trainers see group results only, for groups of five or more, never anyone's own answers. The trainers and consultants we recommend see an anonymised summary, without your company's name, until you have signed them off.

Questions

AI training for companies: common questions

How is this different from hiring a big consultancy?

The big consultancies price AI transformation for enterprise budgets. We work with growing companies of around 30 to 100 people: the assessment is free, the experts are independent and priced for companies your size, you sign off the price before anything starts, and the results are measured rather than promised.

Is it only AI training?

No. AI changes how people work, so the change is about leadership and culture as much as tools. As well as AI trainers, we match you with leadership and culture change experts, and specialists in adoption, compliance and data protection.

What is an AI readiness assessment?

A short questionnaire everyone in your company answers, plus a conversation with your leaders. It measures how capable and how confident your people are with AI, which tasks they want help with, and where AI should go first. The results come together in your company's AI readiness report.

How much does it cost?

The assessment is free. Training and project support are priced per engagement, based on the trainer or consultant you choose and the work agreed. You see an indicative day rate when you choose, and sign off the final price before anything starts.

How long does the assessment take?

About ten minutes for each person. Your company's picture appears once five people have taken part, so nobody's answers can be singled out.

What kinds of help can we ask for?

AI training for everyone, training for your leaders, or support for the projects your people build. If you need a specialist, for example in automation, compliance or data protection, we can match you with one.

How do you choose the trainer or consultant?

We match on what you asked for, the expert's specialisms and availability, and their track record on The Loop: sessions delivered, projects signed off and how far their clients' people have improved. We recommend the best fit and two alternatives, and you choose.

Do we need technical people?

No. The training starts wherever each person is. If someone can write a clear email, they can learn to use AI well and build simple tools with it.
